We refurbished a derelict cottage in Dunsany, Co. Meath. The interior was completely gutted and demolished. A new damp course was installed (by The Damp Store).

The house was given a small extension of ca. 240 square feet. The rest of the house fully modernised including electrics, plumbing, plastering, carpentry and decorating.
