Our client commissioned us to refurbish this old 1800’s stone-built cottage in Kilmessan, Co. Meath. Upon discovering the exterior walls were built with stone, specialist damp proofing (Optima System) and insulation were used.

A new damp course was installed (by The Damp Store). Concrete slab were installed as well as underfloor heating. The house was extended by ca. 200 square feet with the all of the house fully modernised including electrics, plumbing, plastering, carpentry and decorating.
