We were commissioned to refurbish and extend a derelict cottage in Dunshaughlin. We completely gutted the interior and demolished as necessary. A new damp course was installed (by The Damp Store).

Concrete slab were installed as well as underfloor heating. From here the house was extended by ca. 800 square feet with the rest of the house fully modernised including electrics, plumbing, plastering, carpentry and decorating.
